Discovering Elba Island from the sea is a special experience, filled with silence, colours and views that can only be seen from the water.

A filo d'acqua offers guided kayak excursions along the coast of Elba, accompanying guests on a journey of discovery to sea caves, natural rock arches and some of the island's most beautiful beaches, accessible only by sea.

We are Elbans, inhabitants of the island and environmental excursion guides: we know this stretch of coastline and we recount it with passion, through small naturalistic and historical references and curiosities related to island life.

An accessible and engaging kayaking experience

The excursions take place in small groups (maximum 8 people) and are also suitable for those who are new to the sport. Before setting off, there is a brief, simple and fun introduction on how to use the paddle and move around in the kayak, before starting to paddle calmly, without rushing and without leaving anyone behind.

There are frequent stops along the way to recover your energy, go for a swim, snorkel, relax on a beach or simply enjoy the scenery.

There is no shortage of fun moments, diving from the kayak and taking souvenir photos of the excursion.

Safety, a gentle pace and contact with nature

Each trip is guided and carried out in complete safety, with the use of life jackets and constant attention to the group.
The pace of the excursion is deliberately gentle, designed to allow you to enjoy the sea without stress, observing the coast from a unique perspective and learning to master this silent and environmentally friendly means of transport.

When and where

Excursions are available in the morning, afternoon and at sunset.
Departure and return are from Enfola beach, with different itineraries that include rocky coasts, white beaches and picturesque scenic routes, perfect for admiring the sunset from a kayak.
