The Luxury Suites are large and splendid rooms, furnished with Tuscan-inspired wooden furniture on the ground floor or first floor (30-34 sqm).

On the ground floor, Suite N.1, originally intended as a cellar for winemaking, overlooks a private garden equipped with a table and armchairs, where you can enjoy the quiet and silence of the estate. Inside, a wonderful ceiling with beams and bricks painted in lime, the large room of 34 square meters is equipped with a double bed, two armchairs, a large wardrobe with three doors and a bathroom with shower cabine. The possible addition of a single bed is possible.

On the first floor, Suite N.11, of 30 square meters, is characterized by light-colored furnishings that make it even more spacious and bright. The suite, consisting of a bedroom with a double bed and a large hallway where it is possible to add two beds, can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Finally, the large private terrace, embellished with a wonderful nineteenth-century cast iron railing recovered on site during the renovation, equipped with chairs and table, allows you to enjoy a magnificent view of the estate, the hills of Portoferraio and the citrus grove.
